In our comparative study, we observed that our proposed algorithm when applied on Wisconsin Breast Cancer gave 96.7 % accuracy. Mammographic Mass Data yeilded 83.4 % accuracy with all dimensions. With dimension reduction we achieved 94.3 % accuracy on Wisconsin Breast Cancer and 83 % accuracy on Mammographic Mass Data. From the above tabulated results it is clear that our PSO algorithm with all dimensions into consideration achieved good accuracy on Wisconsin Breast Cancer Data.
